Shipping & Returns

Original Artwork:
Shipped within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Digital Products:
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please make sure to review the product details before purchasing.

Returns & Damage:
If your original artwork arrives damaged or you wish to return it, please contact me within 14 days. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued once the item is safely returned in perfect condition (excluding original shipping costs).
For damaged items, please notify the courier immediately and get in touch via the contact page so I can assist.

Other Notes:
Colours may vary slightly due to device settings. I use professional photography to ensure images represent the artwork as accurately as possible.
