Shipping & Returns

Original Artwork:

Please allow 2–4 business days for dispatch. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within Europe and 2–5 business days internationally, depending on your location. Customs duties or import fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Damage
If you are not completely happy with your original painting, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued once the artwork has been safely returned in its original condition. Any shipping costs incurred by Sean Fear Studio are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

If your painting arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and artwork so I can help resolve the issue.

Digital Products:
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please make sure to review the product details before purchasing.

Other Notes:
Colours may vary slightly due to device settings. I use professional photography to ensure images represent the artwork as accurately as possible.
