WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept most major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ARTWORK?
All artwork is shipped between 3-5 business days. UK delivery is between 1-3 working days, international delivery is between 5-10 working days.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! Once payment has been confirmed and your painting has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to see the progress of your parcel.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOM FEES?
Shipments may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Buyers are responsible for any customs, duty, and/or related fees, as well as any import paperwork required in your home country.
WHAT IF THE ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED?
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged package, you can either refuse the shipment or have the delivery company mark the package as “damaged”. Please take photos of the damaged artwork and send them to me at email@example.com. I will then send you the return address.
HOW IS MY ARTWORK DELIVERED?
Small artworks are shipped flat in a secure box and larger paintings are shipped rolled in a durable tube. If you would like these artworks shipped ready to hang then I can make an exception. In this case, the free shipping does not apply and I will contact the local courier for a quote. These large artworks need to be packed and shipped in large boxes making the shipping and insurance pricing very high. It is more cost-effective to receive the painting rolled and have the option to re-frame or re-stretch it at local framers.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
CAN I RETURN MY ARTWORK?
I aim for all images on my site, shipping and other information to be as accurate as possible. Therefore, all sales are final, except in the case of damage. In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged during delivery, if able, please make the courier aware upon receipt. You can email me here at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will do my best to rectify the issue.
WHAT IF I WANT TO SEE HOW THE ARTWORK WILL LOOK LIKE IN MY ROOM?
Send me a picture of your room at email@example.com and I can digitally hang it for you.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
I’m currently living and working in Greece, Athens.
CAN MY ARTWORK BE DELIVERED FRAMED?
I do not offer framing because of the high risk of damage during transit.
DO YOU DO COMMISSIONS?
I am not currently taking on commissions but please check back at a later date.
